STARS IN THEIR EYES LEADERSHIP The effectiveness lies in the intersection the project has created between football coaching and life skills training; which includes everything from HIV-Aids guidance and anti-violence education, to leadership training and education on substance abuse. The results are astounding. To date our 255 community coaches have imprinted lasting life lessons on thousands of disadvantaged young people in 73 villages across South Africa. Stars in their Eyes creates human legacies in disadvantaged urban townships and impoverished rural areas. Enhanced discipline, self-respect, pride, initiative...
